Whether you are a family just learning about adoption, a homestudy and placement client, a homestudy only client, and/or placement only client, the Carolina Adoption Services Online Information Packet will provide the information you want and need.
To access the Online Information Packet, please complete and submit the form below. Once you have done this you will immediately be directed to our online information packet. You will be able to access and download the information online from the same computer in the same browser for one week by re-visiting the “Request Information” page. Requests to receive the packet via U.S. mail will be processed within two business days. Please make these requests in the comment box.
