Carolina Adoption Services is excited to announce our partnership with Wide Horizons For Children for their Ethiopia program. Carolina Adoption Services is a preferred home study provider for families living in NC, SC, and VA. Families will apply with CAS for the home study portion of the process and we will work with them during the initial phases of home study completion and CIS issues. Families will also be directed to apply with WHFC for their Ethiopia Program. Once the home study has been finalized, families will then be assisted by Wide Horizons for the referral, travel, and placement portion of the adoption process.
Once a family has completed their adoption and returned home with their child or children, Carolina Adoption Services will be there for families to provide post adoption services and assist with the required reports.
