What We Do
Carolina Adoption Services (CAS) is a children’s charity dedicated to improving the quality of life for orphans and vulnerable children in Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America and Africa. For some children this means being united through adoption with forever, loving American families. For many children this means improving their lives and brightening their futures through aid and development programs and services.
Our Mission Is Accomplished Through Providing:

- International adoptions from Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America and Africa
