Our partner creche (accredited orphanage) in Haiti is facing an ever-increasing need for support. The Maison des Anges (House of Angels) is located near Port-au-Prince, in one of the most desperately poor areas in the western hemisphere. Available spots are filled immediately as children are matched with their forever families. CAS is committed to finding caring, loving homes for the children and to providing support while they await adoption.
Many children arrive at MDA in need of medical care. Caring staff provide treatment and ensure proper nutrition, saving children from malnutrition, cholera, and other health threats. The children receive quality care with a low nanny-to-child ratio and on-site preschool.
Carolina Adoption Services’ Orphan Care: Haiti project is focused on assisting MDA with the cost of care for the children. The costs at Maison des Anges include nanny and nurse salaries and medicine for the children.
A donation of $15 dollars covers the monthly cost of medicine for one child.
By supporting the Orphan Care: Haiti project, you are contributing directly to the needs of the orphanage and helping children in need receive care.
