Most of the Eastern European countries have waiting children. Typically, these children are older, sibling sets, and special needs. If you would consider such a child please contact Robyn, our waiting children coordinator for more information, info@carolinaadoption.org. Interested families will be asked to fill out a short Waiting Children Program pre-application (this is free).
